I wish you all sucess and Kudos to you. How wonderful to hear from you and know you've arrived and raring to go!
Lovely to see our Inner Wheel friends too.
I know you will all do a great job.
Enjoy every moment and stay well.

Another great blog. You are learning so much about the recipient families and the bedkit contents, especially the mosquito net. Thanks for sharing that information with us as we enjoy the distribution from afar.

Lorna,

Your pool pals are asking about you - I think some of them are a bit worried! Little do they realize that SCAW people are up for any and all challenges. I did a few extra "Superman/Suntans" on your behalf.

Anxious to hear the stories.
Keep well.

Hi team - Just watched the slide show. Such wonderful photos. They really do let those of us in comfortable homes in Canada understand the poverty of Uganda. But the smiles of the children also tell the tales. Happiness is not dependent on material things.

Keep smiling yourselves. Sally Jo

Leslie and I send our love to the Inner Wheel, the Scaw Team and the beautiful children that you are serving.

Please tell Gladys that I have not forgotten that I owe over two hundred cows for all the hugs that I received from the mothers in Uganda from previous distributions.

It was super to read Don Hedger's blog as he is one of the curlers in the Sportsman's Bonspiel who was part of our successful outreach to SCAW that tresulted in a donation of almost $15,000.00!

Nancy and Mary Jo are reliving past memories while the rest of the team are seeing the beauty and desperate need of Uganda for the first time.

As you meet each morning and experience the laughter of the Inner Wheel members, please know that Leslie and I fondly remember the joy of your time together.

Keep well...

What a Team...both Inner Wheel and SCAW working together! You are all so amazing! What an awesome job you are doing of taking us all along with you on your 'Journey of Love'. The blogs give us such insight and all your excellent pictures...what more can I say? THANK YOU! You have allowed me to re-live some of my most incredible memories...Uganda 2009. My greatest memory is of those beautiful children...Their inner beauty radiates...truly Sally Jo said it best with 'Happiness is not dependent on material things'...as these children have nothing...yet...to spend time with them one would think they had 'everything'! Those incredible Ladies of the Inner Wheel...their great love for these children emanates in all that they do!...And last, but not least...You six beautiful ladies...the best!!! What an incredible partnership! Well done! I am certain Murray and Margaret are smiling!
Grateful hugs to you all! Keep up the incredible work...I can hardly wait to read more!

What an amazing journey you are all having. It is so beautiful to me to see you dancing, laughing, smiling. Clearly the joy and innocence of the children is wearing off on you all! I love the photos and I am reminded deeply of my own journey to the dark continent in 2008. You all have been very busy and are accomplishing so much, touching so many people's lives in such a short time. Keep up the good work and enjoy the rest of this incredible experience. I can't wait to hear more when you get home!
Blessings to you all,

I am travelling through Uganda via your photos ... smiling faces, colorful clothing, the blue uniform worn by the ladies of the Inner Wheel ... love their hats!
The children do receive a wonderful gift and a loving hug from a "new friend". It is apparent that the people, of Uganda, are bringing joy to your heart.
Looking forward to hearing YOUR story.
Take care ...
