Thanks Team Uganda for a wonderful blog. The quotes from parents & grandparents help emphasize the value of SCAW's mission.

t is so wonderful to see the SCAW team joined with the incredible Ladies of the Inner Wheel for another distribution. I left a little bit of my heart in Uganda when I visited in 2013,2014,and 2015 so I love reading the blogs and eagerly await more photos. Please give the Ladies a hug for me(yes that is a lot of hugging!)as they are a very special group and I think of them often. I know how many hours of work goes into preparing for the Distribution and I know that a great many people will sleep well because of you all. Have a safe and joyous distribution. Beth Poad

it is sobering to see how people struggle to survive even comfortably, thank you to SCAW, the Uganda Ladies of the Inner Wheel and the Canadian team eager to help.

"The Pearl of Africa" is the way Uganda has been described so your journey confirmed that. So lucky to experience the wonder of nature in a distant land.

Masindi is part of history for one of my friends. His Polish family was taken to Italy and then to a United Nations refugee camp in Masindi until the end of WWll.
When I was there with SCAW in 2006, we drove past Masindi and I took a photo of the village sign. The Polish community in Toronto continues to support a church they built there in the '40s. History is important.

Is SCAW aware of any NGO's working in this area? I would sponsor 3 children's annual school fees.
